Phil Smith and his room of smooth talking sales people will take your credit card over the phone. The problem is once you invest, they move on to the next victim. Good luck turning a profit with this gang of ex-cons, gamblers, drug addicts and folks that have been in re-hab or NA, AA, meetings for years so they don't slip up again.
