IT service provider company They were enlisted over a year ago to develop a Andriod and iPhone based app and there were delays and excuses/problems from day one.

They took thousands in payment and wire-transfers but never delivered the product. We talked at length (mostly via skype) and exchanged many documents on the specifications of the app and then signed an agreement but when it came time to see the beta version of the app it was a total turd and when the testing phase begun they we completely non responsive to any de-bugging and just kept asking for additional payments and deflecting!

They were not tackling any of the bugs and the app constantly crashes and freezes and is not fully done.
