I bought 45 DVDs from thedvdwholesaler.com on March 25th. Today, April 11th, I still have not recieved my movies and the only contact I have with the company is via e-mail. The e-mail said that it was shipped Priority on March 31st and should be here by the 4th of April.
Once I did not recieve it, I called the number on the website, e-mailed 3 more times, and when I threatened with a claim with the Better Business Bureau, they sent me an e-mail yesterday explaining that it must have been a shipping error and the person would forward it on to the warehouse director who would be getting back to me as soon as possible.
The website lures you in with deals of movies ranging from $5.00 - $8.50 on titles that go for around $10-$15 on eBay and Amazon. They also give you codes that give you 10% off of an order over $100, which coincidentally works on ALL orders. My order cost me $259.87 and for 45 DVDs that are good titles, I figured it was a great deal. I was also planning on building an online business around my relationship with them. Luckily, a friend referred me to this website before i was too late. Don't let the same thing happen to you.
