Answering machine, pagoo call waiting software, Pagoo.com prepaid calling cards ripoff fraudulent billing unaccessable

I initially signed up for pagoo when I was in school and using the computer for research. No one could ever get ahold of me so I got pagoo so I would know if I was missing any thing important.

It worked great for the first year and then without my knowledge they went ahead and charged my credit card again without my consent. I had planned on cancelling after that first year. Now I can't even get on any of their websites to complain ir cancel. I worry now that they will continue to charge my credit card even now that I can not even use the product. I can't even access the site to download the program.
