After having "pagoo" [an Internet Call Waiting Service] for a few years, think of my surprise when yesterday it quit working. No problem I'll just contact there web site, wrong it dosn't work.
No problem i'll contact there head quarters wrong web site won't open, no problem, i'll call there two phone numbers, wrong not working.
Now what kind of rip off is this? We just paid for another year of service last month.
There financial report for last year shows a wonderful profit, I can see why, take the money and drop the service and leave the poor sucker that paid them hanging.
