Ordered 2 hats in Jan/08, paid 58.14 by check.
Recieved only 1 hat in Feb, called customer service for refund, called 8 times and spoke with 7 different representatives, recieved 1 refund check in March for $23.44 from Paragon and it bounced.
They owe me $58.14 plus check charges.
The 800 number has been disconnected and the e mail address cannot be displayed anymore.
