I went online to stylerunway.com, a website that claims they have inexpensive designer clothing for affordable prices because they are last seasons items (I purchased two pair of old Gucci shoes for $291). The website had a customer service number and seemed legit, but when I purchased the items they did not give me any shipping information, and I was not able to track my purchase on there website.By now I was scared and I knew I was a part of a scam. I notified my bank (washington mutual) and made a claim through them and they refunded me the money, but they couldnt get the money back easily from this pretend merchant, so they took my money back (leaving me negative in my account with an over limit fee, and asking for money that I do not have). Now I am forced to be in a battle with this make believe company trying to get a refund on items I have yet to recieve and I ordered them in December. This has been a living nightmare for because now I am forced to pay back my negative Washington Mutual account, and find a way to get my money back from stylerunway.com
and I do not know how to even begin. I am hopping that by righting my report someone will help me get my money back since Washington Mutual and Mastercard both do not want to help me out anymore.
