I ordered my daughter a Juicy sweat jacket a few weeks ago and another Juicy sweat suit about ten days ago. I decided to call the company and cancel the first order. What I found when I tried to reach them was that the phone number always said that no one was available, they did not answer emails (even though the site said all emails would be anwered in 24 hours.) They have a live chat on the screen that also always come up that an operator is not available at this time. I called my credit card company and found that thankfully only one of the items had been charged. My credit card company has other complaints against this company and I am currently disputing the charge.
I don't believe that this company has any intention of sending my merchandise. When you try to track the order it only goes back to what you ordred and no information is available. Do not order from style runway.com.
