I ordered a Chanel purse from this site on 12/10/07. My account was charged with this purchase of $443.99 on 12/14/07. A shipping charge of $18.99 was included in this price. I still have not received this item. I actually made contact with someone on 12/19/07 and they said it had been shipped and gave me a tracking number belonging to the postal service. This tracking number would not show up and I even had our postmaster to check it. They couldn't find it either. I have tried to make numerous contact, leaving messages and emails, but have not received any response. I wish when I got that contact at one time that I would have tried to get them to credit me back. I was foolish to think it had actually been shipped. I would like to be able to get my money back.
