On March 13th I used the CompuCover website to purchase two HP keyboard covers and paid for the transaction using paypal. The transaction was complete and to this day I still don't have the items. I have been attempting to contact them via thier telephone and thier e-mail address and did not receive a response. I proceeded to open a paypal dispute to try and catch thier attention, to no avail.
I have just escalated the claim to paypal for review. I know that I will receive at least a partial refund but something is better than nothing.
