I signed up with Dropship Design, a company that goes by many names, but is usually referred to as dropshiponauction.com or "Dropship Design."
After forking over my $99 yearly fee, I placed four orders for cellular phones. All four orders were screwed up. One was the wrong color, one was broken, and the other two were completely defective. I sent them back.
PayPal helped me get my money back, but I still lost tons of time trying to work with this terrible company. Their customer support is nonexistent.
I closed my account with them.
Now, one year later, they sent a collection agency after me to try to get their money back. You heard me.
They hired a freaking COLLECTION AGENCY to try to milk me out of $800 that had been returned to me a year ago.
And guess what? The collection agency did not respond to my appeals, and posted all this crap to my credit score. The collection agency must have been affiliated with Dropship Design, because they totally ignored me trying to explain myself.
And, there you go. My credit score is now in the trash permanently.
This is the worst company in the entire world. I have never had such a bad experience. This company caused me more grief and permanent, irreparable damage than any other company I have ever dealt with.
