ULC Solutions charged my credit card (a bank card) for $11.89. It was charged on March 25,3008, however, it did not clear until 3-27-08. After contacting my bank I found out a little information and filed a dispute for fraudulent charges.
I left two phone calls on ULC's voice mail. They claim that their customer service agents are busy - YEAH! I have just made these call today but have not heard anything and don't expect to. I have also sent two emails to them.
I have searched the internet and there is another website where LOTS of people are claiming the same thing. I noticed some from last year. I have filed a report with the AG in AZ from a website mentioned...
