Im furious, I applied for a pay day loan on 3/3 and then I got charged a fee in my bank of 31.98. I was too close to zero in the bank that week which put me over and then I got charged an additional 32.00 fee.
I contacted them that night on the phone and told them I did not apply for Identity theft protection. I talked to some guy that I could not understand and I told him to stop the fee of 31.98 about 7 times. He hung up on me.
I called my bank and signed a form saying I did not authorize and I got credited back the fee and the charge from my bank also. Then on 3/12 I got knocked for 149.95 from USA credit.com for some sort of card that must have been linked to that site.
My bank caught that and credited it back the following day. Then on 3/14 I got debited 480.00 for something dealing with USA credit and my bank caught it again and credited it back.
Then on 3/25 they took another 49.95 again. I have not been credited as of yet. It was like thursday or friday. I am furious, so mad I have to monday go to the bank to close my account and reopen it again. Its Ironic they claim to help with Identity theft and I dont see how they are helping by stealing what little I have.
