Signed up for a Web site in 2006. They promised it would be up and running within weeks. Took them over 3 months. Never returned phone calls. When website was finally done, it cheap and tacky and not worth the money spent. Tried getting new pictures put on and old ones taken off and noone would return phone calls or emails. Finally has to shut down website on my own with my domain provider! Went with an entirely different company in 2007 to create a cleaner design. I want my money back for a website that was never worked on and people who never return phone calls or emails. Company has changed names so many times, no one will admit fault! Web Designer is still working for this Company. Where is the apology, refund and answers?
