Maxxiss Web Hosting
Unreliable web hosting, cancelled shortly after paying in FULL for a year, now have yet to receive a refund!

We pay Maxxiss to host our website on their shared server at a cost of $275. A few weeks after payment the Maxxiss server was EXTREMELY unreliable, could not access website for days a complete nightmare. We speak with Sam Traznik over the phone in regards to this problem.

The unreliable Maxxiss hosting of our website continued throughout the month, some times our site would be down and unavailable every other day! We finally had enough of this lack of professionalism; moved our site to a much larger hosting company and requested a refund from Sam Traznik who had been VERY helpful while we were hosted with his company, however the second we request a refund, he disappears. Typical right?

After months of phone calls and emails with no luck we have decided to file this complaint against Maxxiss Communications. For more horror stories about Maxxiss please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to discuss in more detail. All we want is a simple REFUND for services! (This is NOT asking for much!)
