I had a similar experience as Kristy, another report filer. Evidently, this company operates by various names. It used high-pressure sales tactics over the phone, including repeated return phone calls, to close the deal. It offers a 'once in a lifetime opportunity.'
This company went as far as to say that they had researched our company and would personally refer us to 'a friend' who could use our services. He even knew about this site and the report contained within it but still tried to sell me on their services. He said, and I quote: "I'm very proud of my company and it's services. I'm confident that we can help you." The sales reps name was Kamden Higgs. When I tried to call back I was greeted with an automated attendant that would only allow me to leave a message. It took further digging to get the actual number in order to reach him. It appears that Zone Communications is one office and eLocal Listings another. Though when I called Zone they gave me the rep's direct line. They asked for my SSN, a credit card number, a $99 deposit and $149/mo for their 'service'. I also contacted several other local companies on Google's local listings and they had never heard of eLocalListing.com.
Unfortunately, Zone Communications status with the California Secretary of State is currently suspended although they are still operating. Do not do business with this company.
