I purchase the update from 5 to 10 megs download pace within the DSL online sites type Embarq on March 18 and was informed the function can be achieved until next Friday March 21 which the task is likely to be completed around 7 PM. This never occurred. After a lot of telephone calls to Embarq and every customer support representative providing me another solution I chose to document this protest since 9 times next purchase I still with my aged pace and occasionally is worse today. All the client solutions people or even the specialized men speaking with me possess a diverse solution (they're betting since do not kn e where's the actual scenario or issue) concerning the problem but nobody could repair it.

Today is Wednesday March 26 and also the last support representative man I talked with, explained the problem was with the DSL device that require to become changed.
