I ordered a USB modem from them, which specified in the catalog that it was a v. 92 modem. The one I got was a lower end modem (although it looked very similar) that was only v. 90.
It took several phone calls, with lots of "We'll get back to you" runarounds, and people who didn't have a clue what this even meant. Finally though, they did send me a call tag to come pick up the modem and issued a refund.
This did cause me a big hassle though and they didn't make up for it in any way. They had a very bad attitude, like, "We do zillions of sales a year - it won't hurt us any if you're not satisfied."
