On September24, I placed an order to Herbal Smoke Shop aka Global Life Enhancements. To date I have sent about 6 e-mails and tried numerous times to call. I get the same response every time.
It is now Jan. 18. Today I tried one more time and got the same response. Each time I e-mail they say the order was lost in the mail. They request my order and address and say they will send out a replacement order right away. Phone calls are always answered by a recording saying they are busy. This time I was allowed to leave a message.
I have recently discovered that I am not alone. There are others who are going through the same thing with this company. I wish I knew how to get the word out to every one so that no one else will be drawn in to this big ripp-off. This company seems to be very reputable and has been around awhile. I am almost afraid to order anything online anymore.
