The company called and said i was eligible for credit card, could not reach to cancel, took money from my bank account Nationwide

Was called by this company and told i was approved for a $5000.00 credit card and the platinum membership was free for the first month. I said ok and tried to call to cancel, there was an automated system that gave me a website.

I went to the website and it wasn't there yet. So i waited for the credit card and membership package, it never arrived. There was a charge on my account for $17.95 for substitute inc. I called the bank, they gave me the customer service number, 1-888-433-4096. When i called i got another automated message that gave me the website, cslogin.

I punched in the website and got the google search for usacomplaints.com! There was also another website, consumerbill. This turned out to be no better. There was live chat customer service, i asked them why i hadn't recieved my credit card or my membership package yet and they told me i had to order the card when i got the package. They gave me the website, indemember, with a temporary login username and password. The web page had no scroll to read any furthur, and i was supposed tobe able to scroll down and order the credit card, then the only way to read and agree to terms, conditions, etc. Was to zoom in and then you couldn't read what you were agreeing to. There is no possible way to take advantage of their so-called offer after they take money from you, as well as there is no wa to cancel the membership.
