I ordered 2 DVD sets in December for Christmas gifts and have never received them. I received email replies only 2 times telling me that they were back logged on orders and later I could get a refund if I did n0t want to wait any longer. I have not heard another word from them and have not received a refund. I would love to know how to search them out legally for fraud!
