SuperSaverMeds confirmed ship date for my order 1-25-08, but never shipped. Customer service email account does not exist. Nicosia

I sent a order for a med 1-25-08. My account was debited and SuperSaverMeds sent me an email confirming ship date of 1-26-08. I never received the med. Emails sent to their customer service email address were returned as undeliverable.
