Ripoff Paid but received no access to service Mayfield Hts

Michael landsdown offered a free pc checkup... Which of course found errors... I paid 29.95 on my credit card... in minutes i had a username and password but no way to access it. Ripoff florida and the uk florida

I was having problems with my computer and figured I would try this FREE doctor pc to find all my problems. And it found them all (I guess) so I ordered the 7 day repair kit. Right away I got a confirmation e mail with a user name and a password... Even got a code... But guess what... No directions on how to download this nice repair system.

And no where to put my code, username or password. No phone number to call, no Real address. So I guess tomm. Morning I will call my credit card co and try to block them from taking any money. Geez I was so stupid but it sounded so good. Anyways I leaned my lesson... Always pay someone to come to your house and nothing over the internet.
