Having bought an e-book on a medical condition [ Sinus]from this company, I was then given trail access to a 'secret' web site on more mediacal information as part of the 'deal'. I didnt ask for or agree to it.
I found a second charge, a month later, from this company on my credit card. I couldnt even remember who they were. A google search showed a dedicated web page this company had put online re ' Why your C. C was charged "
Apparently after the month free trial, if you dont opt out by e-mailing their customer care, they charge you $19.10 US a month til you do. It was fortunate I had done some online banking, or I would have had a few of these charges before I received my hard copy statement from my bank.
This company hasn't answered my e-mails and I have put in a bill dispute with my bank. I consider this type of behavour fraudulent and want to advise othes to be careful when dealing with this company.
