I don't know how these scumbags got my credit card and billing information. I NEVER sign up for anything that involves a credit card online. I use my credit card on Ebay, Paypal, and Buy.com... I would never sign up for a "free trial" and give any kind of credit card information with the idea that I would cancel later. That's got scam written all over it!
Pacific Webworks sells third party software to help Ebay users with their auctions so my thought was that they have access to Ebay information. Ebay denies this.
I immediately called my credit card company and have the account shut down. They move my balance to a new card so that any future billings would halt. I removed all credit card and banking information from Ebay, Paypal, and Buy.com. Not sure if I'm too paranoid but better safe than sorry!

I emailed him yesterday and received a response by the end of the day. He forwarded my email to Pacif Webworks and has asked that they provide him with all details on the supposed "transaction". He has a history with this company and getting people their money back. Do yourself a favor and email him.
