Like the many others that have been caught. I would like to vent my frustration that I have sent about 30 emails left messages on their answerphone and NO ONE has answered simple questions.
There is supposed to be a manager Mark Manns but you will never contact him. I have sent Recorded Delivery letter this was Returned to Sender Address
Unknown! I suspect the US address is a fraud one.
Yes, they ask you to pay for hosting on their site and you do not have access to ftp. A good SCAM so you pay for their software that they host and you have NO Access to the site! They state 24/7 but you will not get any responses! They that you will receive marketing advice, this never happens.
You are asked for the DNS yet when you want it back "We never asked for it"
They cannot host without it! More Lies! I am sure they are breaking many laws on the internet. I would only be too happy to supply my correspondence
to get rid of these Liars and fraudsters.
