Ripoff will not leave me alone Continues to bother my computer when I restart

I am sick and tired of these people doing some kind of registry analyzation process on my computer. The first time they said I had 250 errors and now they say I have 300 registry errors. All this from doing nothing with my computer as far as downloading software or any thing new. How can I get rid of them???
