Pacific web i tryed to cancel the accout no answer after 3 hrs of holdind none of the web addresses work

I opened up an account with pacific web for chuck mullaney eBay account i called no answer i held the phone for 3 hrs none of the e-mail addresses work the only thing i hace found was his my space page Chuck Mullaney. I just would like to close the account but i have noone to talk to.
