Did not provide unlock key after purchase. Refused to respond to multiple requests for the unlock key

Purchased xpmedic via paypal on 11-24-07. Downloaded the software. Unable to use because no unlock key. My requests for unlock key have been ignored by xpmedic support. I will be filing a complaint to paypal and requesting a refund.
