Cpipay commercepayice is drawing $47.50 out of my checking account

Last month I noticed a debit charge on my account for the amount of $47.50. Being a busy person I forgot about it. This morning I went into my online checking account and there is the charge again. I did not authorize these payments. I went into the site cpipay.com and found no address information and the toll-free number given for customer service does not answer. I will be going to my bank this afternoon to make them aware of my problem.
