They took money from my account despite Repeat Billing being turned off! 2910 essen

I joined Horny Matches in November and paid for a 3-months Gold Membership.

This took me until the beginning of February.

During my membership I changed my account details to show that I DID NOT want repeat billing and wished my membership to expire at the end of the initial 3-month period. This is done by entering NO in the Repeat Billing section.

On 1st February the company debited my credit card account with an amount of $25.86 - payment for a further one month's renewal.

The Terms and Conditions of membership clearly state that repeat billing WILL NOT BE MADE where a member has specifically set their account details to NO.

I have tried to make contact with them via their internal e-mail address and have had no response. They state that response will always be made within 24 hours!

I have also sent an e-mail to the parent company of this contact site with no response.

Please be advised that once this organisation has your credit card details it will continue to deduct money from your account, despite its claims that it will not do such a thing. They are just crooks!
