Warning to all consumers who come in contact with WCCL Network, or as they only like to be known as, MyHelpHub.com. This is a highly secretive pyramid ecommerce enterprise that will suck your money out of your cc and you'll never see it again, no matter what your complaint is.
Some guy named Karl Moore, KarlMoore.com, runs a slick network of about 150 of the cheapest looking websites you can image. Each is set up to only sell one piece of software. One would believe from reading the sales pitch on each site that the software is not only incredible, but really affordable. But buyer beware.
If you have an issue with the software, like in my case, it doesn't work at all as described, say goodbye to your money. You'll never see it again. And forget about being able to trace the where the money went. You'll find no information regarding who you just did business with.
This is how it works. This British guy, Karl Moore, has some eerily creepy homepage at KarlMoore.com. He mentions that he runs two companies, WhiteCliff.net and WCCLNetwork.com, which, from what I can tell, are the same damn thing and are only phantom companies. There is no physical address for these two apparently thriving businesses. The addresses are in fact located at a high tech mail drop facility in Oregon called Earth Class Mail - which is a legitimate business. Recipients of mail don't need to ever physically pick up their mail, the envelopes are simply scanned and images sent to the owners. Everything not wanted, ie. Complaints, are simply shredded at the source.
If you attempt to do a Whois search for the owners of those 3 websites, you'll be out of luck because the info is blocked. No traceable ownership of the websites. There is no emails, phone numbers, or contact information of any kind on any of the websites, that works that is. Try dialing the number given on KarlMoore.com and all you'll get is an eternal busy signal. This is where is gets even more interesting.
Conveniently, Karl has set up something called MyHelpHub.com to deal with all the complaints of his little enterprise. MyHelpHub.com also has not phone numbers, contact info, or traceable Whois information either. A completely nameless, faceless front organization. There is a form on that website that you can fill out, and you might get a resonse, but you'll never get your money.
As far as SWREG.org is concerned, I believe they are a coconspirator in this whole operation, if only fascilitating the money end of things. DRI*SWREG is what will show up on your cc statement or bank statement. And they are no help either. For whatever reason, they will defend WCCL Network to the end, and you will get no help from them. Why should they help you anyway? They are only the middle men, as they will explain. The perfect financial blocking mechanism between you and your refund.
I'm not trying to infur that this whole thing is set up like a criminal organization, but it sure does run like one.in fact, if I was going to scam people out of money, $20 dollars at a time, what better way to do it. You create an untraceable layering of businesses, like White Cliff and WCCL Network, have no phone numbers, no address, no way for the consumer to find you, live off shore, protect your privacy through the Whois database, have several layers of financial organizations blocking and protecting your ass-ets and personal information also, and man, you'd be living the high life.
It's like the perfect crime, as I've described to different people at the FTC. And they agree. Nobody in the government is going to go after a $20 problem.
Bottom line, I lost my money to these phantom companies after I purchased $20 of software that didn't work. They refuse to give my money back and there's not a damn thing I can do about it. The government won't help and the BBB can't even find the companies involved. Buyers Beware. Do not give your money to Karl Moore, White Cliff, WCCL Network, or anything that has to do with them, unless you are an idiot like me.
