No service and still charging

Decided to catch up with the world so got lap top and hooked up to sprint as I had been with nextal for years for phone no problem.

Got on line after 2 1/2 hrs of them attempting to program at mall. Worked fine on trip to nevada. Got back and got email. Needed to down load upgrade. Did so (big mistake) service dropped to nothing. Get one email read and would drop me. Could not download 1 picture. Dropped. Called customer svc wait. Finally got live person explained, transfered, explained, transfered, explained, they reset something. Worked 3 days.
This went on for 4 months, spent 6 hours on line what with getting cut off and having to call back re set my computer reset their equiptment, was told must be low signal area. I informed them that it must be ok as I was talking to them on a nextel phone and they both used the same system.

Worked 2 days again and slowed down to 30 seconds per page. Called again and was told they didn;t know what to do. I said after 4 months I did, canceled and went to wi fi here in park. Got a bill for 6 89. Paid it that week.

2 weeks go by and I get a bill for 196.00 for early cancelation. Told them I will not pay, signed a contract which said they would provide a service and I would pay, they didn;t and I will not. Will get a lawyer and fight it till I die. Beware of sprint
