I requested a DVD sequence from their store on Dec 17 and also have never gotten any item. Our charge card was billed nearly $100 and all I obtain are emails stating the purchase is backordered which I might contact them to get a complete refund. No body actually replies the telephone, returns emails or another type of conversation. I'm as if I've been robbed!
