Hello,
My daughter ordered shoes on February 19. I contacted Perfectkicks via e-mail on March 9,15th, 18,27th and 28th to inquire about her shoes. I also contracted them in April, May, July and August as well. I was told once, as soon as it clears customs, the shoes will be sent. I was told another time that as soon as the tracking number is available, they will let me know the status. After that, I received no further replies to my inquiries.
This is a horrible website and it needs to be shut down. I spent $90 and never received my product. I have all my emails and fax confirmation as proof.
