My son ordered shoes from Perfectkicks and the online check payment cleared November 7. Today is February 2.
To date, they have not sent my son's shoes, nor have they sent a refund. I have contacted them via email several times. Each time I am told it will be three weeks.
They have no valid contact numbers listed, but I managed to locate two valid numbers on file. When I spoke with someone yesterday, again I was told it would be three weeks.
I was told by someone that I called thinking it was Perfectkicks phone number, that another dissatisfied customer told her that they managed to get a refund from Perfectkicks, but the checck bounced.
Warning to all... Do not do any business with this company!
