Fone Replace I purchased a phone from this company and it's defective and they won't respond

I purchased a new razor phone off of Ebay from this company and they sent me the phone but it was defective. I have filed numerous complaints with Ebay and I'm getting nowhere. I do not want my money back I just want a phone that works. Please Help ME
