Financing Alternatives was constantly taking money from my account for a computer that I never recieved. They started giving me excuses, that they backed up in shipping and that i would recieve my computer as soon as possiable. When I started asking to speak with a supervisor, I began to get the total run around. Since then every time I called the number, a message would be played ststing that their circuts were all tied-up. Can someone please help me with getting my money back?
