I was a new customer with Evertek. My first experience with Evertek was horrible. My sales rep constantly messing up my purchase order, adding things I did not ordered. I spend over $5,000 worth of products from Evertek for my clients. Almost half of the stuff I received was damaged or defective. They will not send replacement or give credit until they received and inspect the items, which took weeks, I still have an issue with one of the item. It has been over 2 months. I have lost my clients because of this vendor.
I contacted Neil Pieramico at Evertek about my issue but was only able to get my complaint forwarded to someone else. The only response from Neil was a forwarded email to Steve Mena saying "Steve, help this fellow." I was not contacted by Steve until a week later when I wrote him an email.
This company clearly needs work on support and quality control. Please post below, I will help and support anyone who need to file complaint or charges against this company.
