I contacted evertek for internet service, I had to [pay a installation fee of 0.00, and had no internet the whole time evertek continued to bill me, I eneded up paying them a total of $300.00 and gopt nothing but a run around, bad service, and no internet, after i contacted bbb, they finallly refunded me $148.00, i refuse to cash the check, as I expect a full refund, due to the fact that the service never took place, to top it off they came to my house 4 times to fix the service and never fixed anything, all the while they kept billing me and taking my money. This company if corrupt, they follow bad business practices and are quick to make a few hundred off any customer, even if they know they cant provide service to the customeer..
