My fiance and I were looking for a new computer found their ad in a local paper, we waited a little longer then we saw another ad but on a local tv station. We decided to call. Excited that we were out on our own makeing ends meet and growing up. We paid and paid missed one payment but made it up right away, they said "well since you missed one payment you need to wait another three months" We understood and went on paying. After a year of money being pulled out automatically. I was wondering where the computer was. I called and told them the computer is paid off where is it. She said it was on back order, The next time I called there was shipping delays. The third time I called I said the them I wanted the computer or my money back. The told me " They would never refund my money and the computer would get to me when they sent it" I was blown away by how rude I was being treated. Well needless to say it 1/01/08 and still no computer. The last time I tried to contact these theives I couldnt get a hold of them by phone or email. When I typed in Finacning Alternatives I found nothing about their web page but what I did find was i was not going through this alone.
