Dollarzblaster And Paypal Nightmare Paypal should be punishing Dollarzblaster instead of its innocent victims

I have done business through Paypal for many years. But on 12/10 of this year I received an email from them stating that I was in violation of their TOS for my site at rightdowntown.com, which was a page created for me by Dollarzblaster. They actually had products you could get for your money, so they did not fit the definition of a pyramid or ponzi scheme. So (foolishly, as it would turn out) I paid $20 and joined. I had known of others using this site.

Well I got busy and just never got around to promoting the Dollarzblaster site (well web page, not site) and never made a dime. Fast forward to 6 months later, I get the email from Paypal stating I am in violation and they have blocked my account. I now can no longer send nor receive money through them. As a teacher who is trying to build a more sound financial future by doing internet marketing, they have effectively cut me off at the kneecaps. So I followed their advice to try and rectify the situation.

First I contacted Dollarzblaster at their yahoo email address asking them to delete my page from their system. I got a message back saying to visit such and such link for problems. This is what is stated on their "problem solving" page:

Emergency Problem-Solving Page

The greatest problem we've come across is that people don't seem to know how to operate their email correctly. They either don't check their email boxes (and their spam folders), or they sign up for DollarzBlaster using a Paypal email address which they don't use for any other purpose. Here's our solution: if you have AN EMERGENCY, you can fax us with your full details. Note: if you send us multiple faxes, we will delete ALL OF THEM!

Please do not waste our time with stupid questions! This just slows us down when we're trying to help members with legitimate emergencies.

We promise we'll get back to you. Here's the number:

206-888-2189

Note! Faxes only - voice messages will be immediately erased!

Please include:

#1) Your name.

#2) Your Paypal email.

#3) Your phone and/or fax numbers.

#4) The reason you are contacting us.

Thanks, we look forward to helping you.

Ok, sooooo I did that, waited and waited... No response. A few days later, I sent them another fax. No response. So, an email and two faxes later, I contact Paypal, who basically told me just to keep trying but that until Dollarzblaster removes me from their system, I would not be able to use my Paypal account. I have tried appealing to them as best I can. I asked them to please try and look at my transactions and they would see I have not received any money from that site. (I didn't know what else to do at that point).

And now, I am at the mercy of Dollarzblaster/Rightdowntown.com. They will not respond to me, and I am just out of ideas at this point. I have seen other reports here of the same thing happening to a lot of other people. If Paypal views this company as a scam, then why not go after them? Surely there is another way they can stop this besides shutting down the accounts of honest citizens.

I am at a loss as to what I can do, and in the meantime my business is hurting.

Thank you for listening.
