Each charged my Credit Card $1.00 on 11-27-07, then $16.95 on 12-21-07 Total Theft of $35.90 on 1 Credit Card Statement Internet

On one Credit Card Statement they, American Leisure and EZSaver charged me $1.00 on 11-27-07 and then $16.95 on 12-20-07. For a total theft of $35.90, all on one credit card statement. These people are professional thieves, does anyone knnow if the FBI or any law enforcement agency is looking into this?
