BIZGRP-V - WebDesignMastery
Fraudulantly Charged Mastercard $29.85 after $1.95 trial membership charge. Telephone rep refused to remove fraudulant charge and refused to let me speak to a manager

I signed up with WebDesignMastery.com for $1.95 trial membership on Dec 14. I never used the service and cancelled online. My MasterCard was subsequently charged $29.85 (Dec 24) for membership.

I called BIZGRP-V at 800-738-9830 and asked the telephone representitive to cancel the charge. The rep refused, saying that unless I cancelled within ten days from the trial date, the charge was legitimate.

I informed the rep that I had cancelled within ten days. He said that I had not. I asked to talk to a supervisor. He asked why. I said we were obviously at lagerheads and asked again to speak with a supervisor. He said they were all busy. I said I'd hold. Heput me on hold.

After 15 minutes on hold I hung-up.
