We tried to get these people to repay the funds they took for leads that were not even for us. Additionally, they wanted another 250.00 for leads that were people fishing for contractor's information and not even considering doing the projects! We refused to load more money on the prepaid credit card (we switched to because of the raping of the bank accounts) and they turned the phony bill into a collection agency. My contention is that we don't pay for people searching for phone numbers in the phone book, why should the contractor pay for their advertising base? They responded to us that they didn't care, period, and they proceeded in their own manner. One word of caution, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS! You will never see your money again. They have no intention of returning anything. I would suggest supporting your BBB site or even Angie's which is more directed to folks who are really looking. As far as we can tell, they are making up these leads and then just charging the contractors.
