Never shipped product or responded to emails calls

I had emailed them to see if they would give a discount on one of their products if we bought more than 10 of them. No response. Emailed again - no response. Called two times - no response.

Like an idiot we placed the order anyway. A few weeks later we sent emails and made calls saying we never did receive our items. Since we couldn't contact them

I disputed through my credit card and I ended up getting a refund.

A few weeks later I found them on ebay as universityscientific: http://myworld. Ebay.com/universityscientific. So I bought one through ebay and still nothing. I received a refund through paypal with them. They said they don't ship to PO BOXES although I did send them my physical address. Many others left them negative feedback saying they never received their items.

Do not order from them!
