Santa brought my little girl an MP3 player that said on the package that you can get 40 free songs at eMusic.com. I signed up for the "FREE" trial which is supposed to last for 2 weeks and just in case you forget to cancel or download more songs than you are supposed to, I gave them a CC number.
The same day that I signed up for the "FREE" trial, my credit card was billed for a month of service. At this point, we had not even downloaded any music.
When I e-mailed customer service, I got a response that said in a nutshell... Too bad, all charges are non-refundable. I was not supposed to be charged in the first place!!! It says that in the fine print on the same line that it says that charges are non-refundable.
