I signed up for 35 free downloads at emusic.com for a FREE trial membership. Before you can get your FREE trial, you have to enter a credit card number. Emusic charged my credit card the SAME DAY I signed up for my FREE trial. I canceled my membership before the FREE trial was supposed to end, but my credit card was still charged.
If you try to contact them, there is no phone contact, and they are very very unresponsive to anything/anyone who wants to complain.
They take your money and run!
Bait and switch!!!
Watch out! This company baits customers with a FREE trial so they can then fraudulently scam and charge you! False advertising and FRAUD here. These folks should be investigated and charged with criminal conduct.
