Wizetrade (Globeltech Solutions) They mis-represented their software ($4,000) and won't refund money and they don't tell you the product is non-transferable

I seen their advertisement on TV and went to their seminar. They give a wonderful sales pitch about the product and how it will make you allot of money and that if you buy right away you get a bargain price and they throw in extras.

They have a questions and answer session afterwards while they are rushing through orders in the back.

I asked if the software would work with dial-up internet access and they said "yes it would". Because of my geographical location, dial-up is the only thing available to me.

So, everything sounded good and I went to the back to buy the software. They are in such a rush to get your payment and get onto the next person, that you don't have much time to look things over, but I bought the software with my credit card and went home to start making money.

With this program, you also have to subscribe to a live data uplink to get data to make this work, which cost about $150/month.

I subscribed to the data services and was trying to make this program work, but it kept freezing up and doing funny things.

I contacted their technical support and at times waited a few days for a response.

After several weeks of trying to figure out why the program was not working for me, it was because my dial-up speed was not adequate to support the program.

I then told the tech guy that I was told it would work with dial-up and he said that even dial-up with a good download speed was still not good enough to run this software.

I then contacted the sales department and eventually spoke with someone, who I told the problem I was having and they told me that I only had 10 days to return the software for a refund and that I was outside that time frame.

I don't think 10 days would be enough time to try the software and make money even if I was able to use it.

I also told them that I was told it would work with dial-up; and that it in fact didn't after talking with their tech support.

I was completely frustrated and upset at this point. I called back a few days later and asked to speak with the owner to discuss my dis-satisfaction with the product and how I was mis-lead with the information about their product.

I was told I could not speak with the owner and I spoke with another person and again told my situation with their product. I again was told that they could not do anything for me.

I then told the Wizetrade representative that I was going to sell the product to try and recoup some of the money I paid for the program because I was not going to be able to make money and pay off my credit card.

He told me that the product was non-transferable and that I could not sell it.

I said to him, "why would you not tell the people at your seminars this important information before a person buys the product". He said that they do.

I informed him that they did not and had I known this, I would not have bought the program to begin with.

In the end, I basically was told to bad, so sad, we got your money.

This company in my opinion does not inform the buyer with important information about their product. They con you right from the start at the seminars. I was flat out lied to when I asked if it would work with dial-up.

I don't think they even intent to back their product and if they did, why would they not honour a refund, especially when the product does not even work with dial-up.

I have still not been able to use the software and it cost me allot of money in interest to pay off the $4,000 I charged on my credit card.

This company is a scam and they do nothing but lie to you and con you out of your hard earned money. An honest legitimate company would back their product and honour a refund.

Buyers beware that this is nothing but a clever scam to get your money. Save your money and don't go to their seminars and tell everyone you know so they don't become a victim.
