I made an order at Mookiegifts.com for quite a bit of money 12/4/07. I have not received it as of 12/17/07. If it was on backorder, I could understand, however, I cannot reach anyone at Mookie gifts.
They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails, they have not confirmed when it will be shipped, if ever. They only thing they have done is charged my credit card almost a week ago.
I will NEVER, EVER order ANYTHING from a site with such poor customer service and I guess only time will tell if I do ever receive my order.
